2. Delivery terms: 30 to 45 days depending on the quantity and number of models. 

3. MOQ requested: Full container load only,mixed models allowed and trial or sample order 

    negothiable. 

4. Shipping method: by air, seafreight or train. 

5. Qualiy controle: professional on-site QC, and 3rd party QC allowed. 

6. Quality guarantee: 

    A. we refund,compensate, replace or where appropriate repair any goods by reason of

        faulty materials or workmanship when the shipment arrive. 

    B.This guarantee does not cover fair wear and tear, neglect, abuse or misuse of your goods,

        loss or damage including rusting and corrosion) due to unreasonable exposure to water or

        weather; loss or damage due to fire, smoke, explosion, lighting, sunlight, infestation by 

        animals or boring Insects, or theft, or accidental damage or loss caused by a third party. 

        In all cases, remedies offered by us shall not affect your statutory rights or our statutory

        responsibilities. 

    C. We will charge you for reasonable expenses ocurred in dealing with unfounded claims made.
